Your age
You must be at least 13 to use this site, and 18 or have a parent's permission to place an order.
Artwork you upload — the important part
When you upload a design, you tell us that:
- You own it, or you have permission from whoever does.
- Printing it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or right to their own name or likeness.
- It is not unlawful, hateful, or obscene.
You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to reproduce and print it in order to make what you ordered, and to show a mockup of it back to you.
If a claim is brought against us because of something you asked us to print, you are responsible for it.
We can say no
We review every design before it is made. We may refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, and we will refund it. Most refusals are practical — artwork too low-resolution to print well, or something that will not stitch. Some are not, and we do not have to explain which.
Prices and mistakes
Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.
Made to order
Everything is produced after you order it. Custom items are final sale — see Returns & Final Sale. Colours on a screen are not exactly colours on fabric, and small variations in placement are normal in handmade printing.
Limits
If we get something wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses — a delayed delivery that misses an event, for example. Nothing here removes rights you have under law that cannot be removed.
Which law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
