Everything is made to order, by us. Nothing here is warehoused and nothing is drop-shipped to you from a third party. When you place an order it is printed or stitched in our own shop, by the same people who answer the phone. It means we can catch a problem before it reaches you, and it means there is someone to talk to when you need something a little different.
We look at every design before it goes on a garment. Not to police your taste, but because a photograph that looks fine on a phone can be too small to print well, artwork can end up sitting off-centre without you noticing, and some designs stitch beautifully while others do not. If we spot something, we get in touch before we start rather than after you have opened the box.
Craftsmanship is the part you cannot see in a preview. The garment underneath matters as much as the design on top, so we print on blanks we would wear ourselves. A cheap shirt with a perfect print is still a cheap shirt.
