Short version: we collect what we need to make and ship your order, we keep it as long as we have to, and we do not sell it. The detail is below.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, email address, shipping address and phone number if you give one.
- Artwork you upload — the image files themselves, kept because they are what we print from.
- Designs you build — which artwork you placed, where, and at what size.
- Technical details attached to an order — your IP address and browser, recorded at the moment you place it. This is dispute evidence, not analytics.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
Payment details
We never see your card. Payment is handled by our payment provider, and card details are entered directly into their systems, not ours. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits — nothing more.
What we do with it
Make your order, ship it, talk to you about it, and keep the records the tax authorities require. That is the whole list. We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to anyone except the people who have to have it: our payment provider and the shipping carrier.
How long we keep it
- Designs not attached to an order — deleted after a period of inactivity; they are abandoned drafts.
- Orders and their artwork — kept for several years. Tax records and payment disputes both require it, and customers reorder.
- Email you send us — kept as long as it is useful.
Deleting your information
Email orders@elbattcreations.com and we will anonymise your customer record — your name, address and contact details go. The order itself has to stay, because tax and accounting records cannot be selectively deleted, but it will no longer be linked to you.
Cookies
We set a cookie to remember your shopping cart, and one to keep you signed in if you have an account. That is all. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
Children
This shop is not for under-13s and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us theirs, email us and we will remove it.
