We want this shop to work for everyone. This page says honestly where we are, including the parts that are not there yet.
What we aim for
We work towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are not claiming to have reached it everywhere.
What is in place
- The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines.
- Text meets contrast requirements against its background.
- Images carry alternative text, and form fields have real labels.
- Pages work with browser zoom and on small screens.
- Nothing flashes, auto-plays, or moves without your asking.
What is not good enough yet
The design tool. It is a drag-and-drop canvas, and a drag-and-drop canvas is difficult to use with a screen reader or by keyboard alone. We know this. A simpler ordering path — choose your artwork, size and placement from ordinary menus, with a preview described in text — is planned and is not built yet.
In the meantime, call us on 470-593-6833 or email orders@elbattcreations.com and we will design it with you and place the order ourselves. Same products, same prices. You should not have to pay more or wait longer because a page does not work for you.
Deliberately no overlay
We have not installed an accessibility overlay widget. They tend to interfere with the screen readers and other assistive software people already use and have set up the way they like. Fixing the underlying pages is slower and it is the right thing to do.
