Everything is made to order in our own shop, so shipping time is production time plus postage.
How long it takes
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from order confirmation, plus transit. Larger or more complex orders take longer and we will tell you if yours will.
Custom designs are reviewed before they print. If something about your artwork needs a conversation, that pauses the clock — we will email you the same day rather than leave you wondering.
Where we ship
The United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and DC. We do not ship internationally.
What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on how many items you order. You see the exact cost before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships you get an email with the tracking number. If you have not had one and it has been longer than the turnaround above, email orders@elbattcreations.com with your order number.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you give us at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us straight away — before it ships we can change it, after it ships we cannot. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable can be resent, but you pay the postage the second time.
